Open to students at all study levels—school, undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses—who are citizens of Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Pakistan, UAE, or any other country. There are no strict marks or income conditions; selection is based on creative potential and merit. Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in arts, design, or related creative fields.
