The Brunei Darussalam Scholarship to Foreign Students 2026-2027 is a government-funded award for Indian students who wish to pursue Diploma, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate Master's degree courses in Brunei Darussalam. The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, and other expenses while studying at Brunei's public universities. It is designed to support meritorious students from India in gaining international exposure and academic excellence.
Indian nationals who have completed their qualifying examinations with at least 60 percent marks are eligible to apply. Applicants must be below the age of 25 years for Diploma and Undergraduate programs, and below 35 years for Master’s programs. There are no income restrictions, but candidates must meet the academic and language requirements set by the chosen university in Brunei.
Apply online through the official portal listed on the Brunei Darussalam Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. Submit academic transcripts, proof of age, a personal statement, and letters of recommendation. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
