The Charpak Exchange Scholarship Program (SPRING SESSION) supports Indian students who wish to spend one to four months at a French higher education institution through an exchange semester. Open to undergraduates and master’s students from any academic discipline, the program finances part of the exchange period abroad. Students from Indian institutions can apply to study in France during the spring term (January–May) and gain international experience while remaining enrolled in their home degree program.
Indian nationals enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at an Indian institution are eligible. Applicants must secure admission or an invitation from a French host institution for a one- to four-month exchange during the spring session. There are no income or grade thresholds specified on the official page; selection is based on academic merit, motivation, and the quality of the exchange project.

Prepare a motivation letter, academic transcripts, proof of enrollment, and a detailed exchange project. Submit the complete application through the Campus France India portal before the deadline listed on the official page.
Late or incomplete applications are not considered.
