The Chinese Government Scholarship—Chinese University Program at Shaanxi Normal University supports international students pursuing undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies in China. Administered by the China Scholarship Council, this scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, and a living stipend for selected candidates. Applicants must meet academic and health requirements set by the university and the Chinese Government.

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health. Master’s applicants need a bachelor’s degree and must be under 35 years old. Doctoral applicants require a master’s degree and must be under 40.
Current students in China are not eligible. Language proficiency requirements vary by program and are specified on the official page.
Submit an online application via the Shaanxi Normal University portal and the China Scholarship Council system before the deadline. Prepare academic transcripts, degree certificates, language test scores (if applicable), and a study plan. Ensure all documents are attested and translated if required.
