DUO-Belgium-Flanders Scholarship Programme

The DUO-Belgium-Flanders Scholarship Programme offers Indian students the opportunity to study in Belgium’s Flanders region. It is open to students at all levels of higher education, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. The scholarship supports academic exchanges between Indian and Flemish institutions, fostering cross-cultural learning and research collaboration.

Indian students enrolled in or applying to a higher education institution in the Flanders region of Belgium are eligible. Applicants must be nominated by their home institution in India or host institution in Flanders. There are no strict income or marks requirements, but candidates should demonstrate academic merit and a clear plan for their study or research.

Priority may be given to students from underrepresented groups or those pursuing fields aligned with bilateral cooperation between India and Belgium.
