The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project is a competitive international scholarship for foreign students who wish to pursue a Master's or PhD programme in Russia without paying tuition fees. Organized by the Association of Global Universities with support from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and Rossotrudnichestvo, the scholarship covers full tuition, accommodation, and a monthly stipend.
