The University of Queensland Scholarships support Indian and Latin American students who wish to pursue a postgraduate coursework degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, or bioinformatics. The scholarship covers 50% of tuition fees for the Master of Biotechnology, Master of Molecular Biology, or Master of Bioinformatics programs. Up to six scholarships are awarded annually.

This scholarship is open to Indian citizens or students from Latin American countries applying for a postgraduate coursework program in biotechnology, molecular biology, or bioinformatics at the University of Queensland. Applicants must have a strong academic record and meet the university’s entry requirements for the specified programs. No additional income or caste-based conditions apply.
Apply for admission to one of the eligible postgraduate programs first. Once admitted, submit a separate scholarship application to the School of Chemistry & Molecular Biosciences. Include academic transcripts, a statement of purpose, and any other documents requested by the university.
