The Tianjin Government Scholarship Program is a fully funded scholarship for international students at all study levels who wish to study in Tianjin, China. Offered by the Tianjin Government through Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE), this scholarship covers full tuition and living expenses. Established in 1979, TUTE specializes in technical and vocational education, combining academic and practical training.
Since 1993, TUTE has welcomed international students, and its International College manages admissions for this scholarship.
Open to international students at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. Applicants must meet TUTE’s academic requirements and demonstrate good health. Priority may be given to students with strong academic records or those pursuing fields aligned with TUTE’s strengths in technical and vocational education.
