University of Brighton International Research Scholarships

The University of Brighton International Research Scholarships support outstanding international students who wish to pursue a PhD at the University of Brighton. These scholarships cover the full tuition fee for each year of the research degree, up to a maximum of three years. The awards are open to students from all academic disciplines and are designed to attract high-caliber researchers from around the world.

The scholarships recognize academic merit, including strong English language proficiency, and are available to full-fee paying international students who have secured an unconditional offer for a research degree program at the university.

Applicants must be new, full-time international research students with an unconditional offer for entry into a PhD program at the University of Brighton. Eligibility is based on academic merit, including English language ability. Only full-fee paying international students are considered.

Students must apply and be accepted into a research degree program before applying for the scholarship. The scholarships are not available to students already enrolled in a research degree program.

To apply, first secure an unconditional offer for a PhD program at the University of Brighton. Once accepted, submit a scholarship application form, which includes a research proposal and academic references. Ensure all required documents, such as proof of English language proficiency and academic transcripts, are provided.
