The Advanced Placement Exam in India offers 22 different AP exam courses. The exam pattern consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and a free-response section.

  • Duration: 90 to 200 minutes, depending on the subject.
  • Sections: Multiple-choice questions and a free-response section.
  • Number of questions: Varies per test subject.

AP exams take between 2–3 hours to complete. The number of questions per section and the time allotted vary per test subject.
