The Population Media Center’s 2021 Scholarship Video Contest invites undergraduate students worldwide to create videos on population, sustainability, and human impact on the planet. This contest provides a platform for students to share their views on global challenges through video storytelling while competing for scholarship awards to support their education. The contest emphasizes creative expression and awareness of environmental and social issues.
Applicants must be high school seniors or undergraduate students who will be enrolled in an undergraduate program in the latter part of 2021 or in 2022. There are no restrictions based on nationality, academic marks, or income level. Both full-time and part-time students are eligible to participate.
The contest is open to students from all disciplines and backgrounds.
Create a video of up to 5 minutes addressing the theme of population, sustainability, or human impact on the planet. Submit the video along with a completed entry form and any required supporting documents through the official contest page. Ensure the submission follows the guidelines provided on the Population Media Center’s website.
Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
