History

Roger Babson saw a need of private business college that specialized in Business education. So, in 1919, Babson College was established. In 1923, the first four buildings of the college opened. Then, in 1934, a Certificate in Business Administration course was started. In 1969, Carolyn Levosky becomes the first woman to get the MBA degree.
