History
In 1864 the college started its journey with three teachers and twenty-two students. In 1925 the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences was established followed by the Law School and the Evening College in 1929 the Graduate School of Social Work in 1936 and the College of Business Administration in 1938. On 29 Jun 2004 the college acquired 43 acres of land and five buildings in Brighton which was previously owned by the Archdiocese of Boston.
