Fitchburg State University

When students apply to Fitchburg State University MA they are automatically reviewed for all of the eligible merit scholarships. Merit scholarships are designed to recognize students for their academic and / or co-curricular achievements. One of the freshmen scholarships for international students is the Fitchburg Freshmen Scholarship. The eligibility requirements for this scholarship are:

• The applicants are required to have 3.0 or re-calculated GPA in High School
• The value of this scholarship is USD 10,000 annually for up to 4 years. The renewal for this scholarship is based on up to three contiguous years of full-time enrollment with 3.0 or higher GPA

Graduate Level Scholarship

One of the graduate level scholarships offered Fitchburg State Univ. is Dean’s Graduate Scholarship. This award recognizes students who have achieved academic excellence. To be eligible, the applicants must have:

• Enrolled in a graduate program and must have a GPA of 4.0
• Those who have been admitted to the graduate and have not yet completed any graduate courses must have an UG GPA of 3.5 or better
• The maximum award of the scholarship cannot exceed USD 1,500 (The amount can vary)
