Every year, the Université Catholique de Lille welcomes international students who wish to obtain a French higher education diploma at one of our institutions. This page outlines the steps to follow and the essential information you need to apply for a course offered by one of the institutions of the University, depending on your nationality, your country of residence, your secondary school certificate and your level of study.

You are considered a European student if you are a national of one of the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

The “Études en France” procedure is the reference procedure for countries outside the European Union. You come under the “Études en France” procedure if you live in one of the following 69 countries:

Azerbaijan, Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Haiti, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

European students follow the same procedures as French students to enrol at the Université Catholique de Lille.

You need to apply via the “Parcoursup” platform. This application process is compulsory for most courses offered by higher education institutions.

There is no specific procedure for registering for the 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree. You need to contact the relevant establishment directly to apply.
