Entry requirements at Southern Cross Institute
i. At least one of the following academic entry criteria must be met by an applicant for any undergraduate course:
i. At least one of the following academic entry criteria must be met by an International applicant for the undergraduate course:
ii. Satisfactory completion of one year of accredited full-time study in an associated discipline at Certificate IV or greater level at an accredited foreign education provider as recognised by NOOSR.
iii. If English is not the first language of the applicant, they should satisfy the ‘English Proficiency Requirements’ given in the sections below.
iv. Once admission is approved, to the Institute, ‘Genuine Student Requirement’ (GSR) criteria as defined by the Australian Department of Home Affairs verification is undertaken;
vii. Satisfactory GSR and payment of required tuition fees leads to the issuance of Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
viii. Students are to provide SCI with student visa proof to demonstrate that they have the right to study in Australia.
An applicant for admission to a graduate course must be over 18 years age and satisfy at least one of the following academic admission requirements.
