As SGU celebrates its 50th Anniversary, few people had the opportunity to experience nearly every chapter of SGU’s history like Dr. John Madden, MD `81.Now Associate Dean and Director of the Office of Career Guidance and Student Development (OCG), Dr. Madden has spent his career helping SGU students prepare for residency.He recalls a 63-year-old student who came to SGU after serving in WWII and a career at Boeing. He later matched into psychiatry, practicing into his late 70s. A proud milestone, and the official start of their path to becoming physicians 🥼"Today is a very special day. I`ve waited two years for this.
