Yes, TU Dublin graduates are allowed to work in Ireland after graduation. But there is a catch: the Ireland post-study work visa is not flat 2 years for all courses. For PG grads, they get full 24 months during which they can work for any employer in the country, but for UG grads, this PSW is only for 12 months after graduating. So, it is more beneficial for PG grads ROI wise because most programs run for only 1 year at TU Dublin.
