The University of Melbourne

University of Melbourne has its main campus in Parkville which was founded in 1853 and centres around original Old Quadrangle building.

• Southbank Campus- This campus has University Faculty of Fine Arts and Music and co-locates Melbourne Conservatorium of Music with the Victorian College of the Arts. It focuses on world class learning, performance, studio, etc.
• Burnley Campus- This campus is known for teaching and research in urban, environmental and ornamental horticulture. It was founded in 1891 by Victorian Department of Agriculture making it first horticultural college in the world.
• Dookie Campus- The campus was established in 1886 in 2,440 hectares. It has facilities such as working farm, state of the art robotic dairy, orchard, winery, etc.
