Funding your education may seem overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. We are here to guide you through every step of the process. From securing financial aid to understanding costs, we're here to support you all along the way.

College is an investment, and having financial aid can help cover some of those costs, which will help you place more focus on your education. Financial aid isn't just about loans - it can also include grants and scholarships that you don't have to pay back, and opportunities to work on campus through the Work-Study program. Knowing how much aid you can receive will help you plan for your academic future. We outline all the steps no matter what type of aid you qualify for.
Our office will recognize UW summer hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm Mountain Time) from May 18, 2026 through August 28, 2026.
The 2026-2027 FAFSA is open and is available for completion!
Details on federal financial aid changes that are coming in 2026 from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. These changes will especially impact students who enroll in less than full-time hours and accept federal student loans.
Student loan repayment questions should be directed to your loan servicer.
Fall SAP deadline: must be submitted by 5:00 pm Wednesday, September 9
