About Wheaton College
Founded in 1860, Wheaton College has deep roots tracing back to its predecessor, the Illinois Institute, which was established in 1853. As a private interdenominational Christian liberal arts college, Wheaton holds accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
