Career testing can introduce you to jobs and roles you didn’t know existed. We offer two tests that match you with careers based on your personality type—what motivates and energizes you—along with your interests and priorities, and what makes you comfortable in a work environment.

An informational interview is your chance to learn all about a career field. We’ve got an entire network of Pace alumni who are ready to sit down with you for a low-key, low-stress meeting. They can also give you the inside scoop on how to find a job in the field.

Whatever you decide early on, it's not set in stone. Some students discover a new interest that turns their plans around. Career Services, along with your academic mentors and advisors, are ready to help you pivot.
